- If the cost of a tour is more than the value of your gift voucher you can pay the balance in the normal way
- If the cost of a tour is less than the value of a gift voucher the difference will be refunded via another gift voucher
- Please contact us with the order number for the tour you booked and your gift voucher code to arrange the issue of a balancing gift voucher
